Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following are the cancellation and refund policy that applies when you opt for any service with Quafit ® 

  1. All payments for the services and/or products has to be made full in advance. All of our services attracts GST (33AIQPV4452R1Z9)

  2. We accept Debit*, Credit* Cards, Gpay, Paytm, BHI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS.

  3. The duration/validity of the package should be utilized prior to the expiration date specified at the time of registration.

  4. The commencement of package should be initiated within a weeks time since the date of the opted package.

  5. Any appointments booked can be amended or canceled 12 hrs prior to the session. A cancellation charge of the whole session cost will apply if cancelled after 12 hrs from the session time.

  6. Any session cancelled by the organization due to various reasons can be compensated while the session cancelled/unattended by the member cannot be compensated.

  7. Payment made cannot be refunded while it can be substituted for any other services of the same value.

  8. All the payments should be made in advance.

  9. All the credit card transactions and some bank's debit cards will have a charge of 2.5% - 3% bank charge +18% GST on the bank charge amount.

  10. Paytm, Debit cards (some banks), cash, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, Online purchases, and cheque transactions don't carry any extra charges (unless charged by the bank/paytm/instamojo/any third party vendor).

  11. Cancellation of invoices will carry cancellation charge of INR 500 or 25% of the invoice value (whichever is higher).

  12. Please note that Accredited Courses and Internships shall carry 50% cancellation fee on the course or internship fee excluding taxes if any.

  13. DELAYED charge of 25% on the total outstanding amount is applicable if the payment from the member's end is not received after 3 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF INVOICING.

  14. The number of Prescribed Treatment/Rehabilitation session(s) has to be completed by the client/member for the full recovery. In case, if discontinued/cancelled prior (due to any reason) the member shall sign the liability release form without fail and clear any outstanding amount or the cancellation fee (whichever is applicable).
